Carrellee – Edge of Heaven

Carrellee is a Madison-based artist known to many as a touring member of IAMX. Her solo work operates in its own space, and “Edge of Heaven” builds on the foundation of her 2025 self-titled debut album. The single was written and recorded in collaboration with My Manifesto, with additional production, mixing, and mastering by Ryan McCambridge.

The bassline arrives first and carries the song from underneath throughout. It is the kind of low-end foundation that makes everything above it feel inevitable. Carrellee’s voice sits above it with the ease of someone who knows exactly what the song needs. The chorus is unforgettable in the most direct sense.
